HCA Asset Management got its start in the late 1970’s by Arthur Hirons after deciding to leave one of the largest appraisal firms in the world. In 1985, Arthur’s son Steve joined forces and officially formed HCA (then Hirons & Associates) and soon became one of the most well-regarded firms serving the higher-education market.
Now, decades later, a third generation carries on their legacies with a team of valuation and asset management consultants with unparalleled experience. With over 120 years of combined senior management experience, we have the knowledge and expertise to establish consistent, reliable, valuation conclusions.
